I recently got my son his first 00 scale train set and he's been hassling me to put it on a board for him so I've been playing around with a simple first layout for him in Trainz

Do not buy him too much of rolling stock. Once you have a tail-eating snake, he will ask you to build him a bigger layout...

eso, you work so quickly! How do you go about texturing and putting scenery down so fast? I can build the room and the layout "benchwork" and track without much effort, but I always get hung up on the scenery part. It's so difficult to search through the textures and to find appropriate grass and trees. Excellent work you're doing!

Hi Eso,

you mean Jointed Rail? Could you tell a KUID-number for that grass, please? Jointed Rail does not offer grasses.
