I emailed Dave, the creator of the model-builder software.
He said the following regarding the use of his program's textures.
The copyright clause in Model Builder restricts use of Model Builder textures to personal use.
It is fine to use Model Builder textures within a Trainz simulation Model if credit is identified as to the origin of the textures as follows:
There should be a text that states: "Some of the textures within this Simulation File are created from Model Builder Software from Evan Designs., www.ModelTrainSoftware.com
This doesn't, of course, include those textures we've included ourselves. This sounds fair enough to me, any questions?
