Missng Thumbnails in content manager

Hello all,
I was just wondering if it was me or any one else having the same problem?
Sunday 22sd, 35 new assets in content manager only 1 thumbnail showing all the rest are greyed out
Saturday 21st, 20 new assets, only 4 thumbnails showing
Friday 20th, 29 new assets, only 1 thumbnail showing
Thursday 19th, 22 new assets, only 2 thumbnails showing
Have reset my user name and password makes no difference.

From memory, this has happened before. But that same memory does not recall the cause or the fix

Some of my memory has returned (possibly the glass of beer I had with dinner) and, I believe, the cause was a synchronisation problem of some sort after the upload of the assets. It cleared itself after a day or two.

That's what I've been thinking. The problem appeared after some server maintenance was done a week or so ago.

I have the same problem, thumbnails don't open. And what does CACHE have to do with it? Everyone has this problem

The message stating that the browser cache could be the issue is SPAM and has been reported.

And has now been deleted.

I tried clearing the cache/internet folder located in my TRS-Plus_Data folder. That helped once, but the next day the problem came back when I accessed the DLS.

I've had the same problem no thumbs showing on DLS for a while now

Just check the missing thumbs on the DLS through CM started on the 17th June up until that date it's working

But also found that every folder etc in my Local Data Folder has been given a copy of itself
