Missing serial number for S to C

Hi, as a newcomer I find the forums invaluable.

:'( I have a problem with obtaining the serial number for Settle to Carlisle purchased through Simulator Central download. I paid via Pay Pal so payment must have been received. However I still have not received the serial number to enable me to install over TS 2009. Download went without a problem. Confirmation emails received from Simulator Central. I have tried emails X 3 to no avail. When I check out my serial number on the site it acknowledges my purchase number 100021575 on 26 June but states awaiting payment.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Paypal is always a problem I'd avoid using it. Need to contact the help desk, link at top of forum.
