Missing KUIDs with Question Marks

I downloaded some items from Jointedrail and RRMods, but there are some missing dependencies that have question marks with the downloads. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please let me know. Thanks.

Download and install all of the dependencies from the Jointed Rail website.
I don't like RRMods so I can't help you there.
