Check the Content Store. It's one of the items to install with other packages. N3V moved this content to these additional packages due to the size of the download required to hold all the content plus the program.

It is "Oval Tower Amsterdam" (I guess from TrainzOnline).
<kuid:378673:104494> is "TRC CA 12x20 WCH M10 18ft EBell". Was payware in "WC Style US & CA Crossbuck Mega Pack" from Reggie's Trainz.
<kuid:7592:22771> is "TPR_winter_tree1" from defunct Trainz Pro Routes. Easy to replace (or maybe the original is downloadable from the Wayback Machine).
