I am missing one more kuid, <kuid2:569535:100259:1> does anyone know where it is?

If you don't have this highlighted in blue, then do you definitely have a TS19 standard edition?
N3V obviously didn't bother themselves to translate names of packages into the Cyrillic, international version(s) of Content Store does not have those packages codes but their names included instead. That is why You two are talking about exactly the same Content store which at each of You has absolutely different look. This must confuse any kangaroo...

First I got TANE free, and then I bought a TS19. Maybe "sc491" is part of TANE, not TS19.
Then get TANE and when you have it here: https://www.auran.com/planetauran/download_product.php
you do not need to download or install TANE, but look in TS19 already purchased section if these things have appeared:
SC491 - TANE - Additional Assets (Additional TANE Assets for TRS19)
SC276 - C&O Hinton Subdivision
SC297 - ECML Kings Cross
SC236 - Healesville 1910's
I Got TRS19 before I got TANE, so I think the content from TANE won't move itself to 2019

You shouldn't be missing any of these assets if you purchased the SD70 Pack directly from Jointed Rail.
Check you don't have anything open for edit in Content Manager. If you do, select all, right-click, and choose revert to original.
If you still have missing assets, inquire in their forum.
