It is "Packaged" (used in sessions of "Swayfield Branch" DLC route). Package ID: 1478.

EDIT: One more I noticed today: I have <kuid:514207:100015> BR 20T Brakevan Unfitted Weathered (diag. 1/504) by PorlineParker. It says "Installed from DLS, Newer version available. But when I list asset versions, The new <kuid2:514207:100015:1> version says "unknown". I am trying a "download this version" anyway, but while it is giving me a download rate, it is not showing anything on the progress bar.

I think <kuid:514207:100015>is on DLS available for download, however <kuid2:514207:100015:1> is "packaged" i.e. part of a payware dlc. ("Packaged" are assets included in DLC packs that are not payware encrypted.)

@Swordfish the route looks good but no description of any kind and no trace of any KUIDs you mentioned in your post. I searched everywhere. The best bet perhaps to contact the creator.
