Missing KUID

I re-downloaded the gondola packs and the bulkhead flats pack from Jointed Rail, but It says It requires unknown dependencies:

bulkhead flats:
<kuid:9999:60221>
<kuid:9999:60209>
<kuid2:9999:60207:1>
<kuid:334896:120025>

gondolas:
<kuid2:9999:60207:1>
<kuid:312521:27013>

Are these dependencies from TS2012? Because I have the equivalent of TS2010 (TSMAC)

Without knowing the kuid, nobody can help you. Wild guess: You missed a download package.
