Missing Dependencies, Please help

I'm missing a dependency I think I know. <kuid2:45324:50006:4>. I think it's for the Blomberg Bogey/Truck update on JR, but it says it's a .rar file and it will not work. Please respond, if you have time, I'm trying to get a wp f7 running for my cal-zeph.

You will need a program like 7-ZIP or WinRAR in order to open the RAR file in order to get the content inside.
