Mini Map

Any help appreciated. I have lost mini map in Surveyor. Ctrl M does nothing, neither does selecting mini map from menu. I suspect may have hit some keyboard combo that has either hidden map or barred it somehow. Would be nice to get it back.

Totally uninstall BING Toolbar in Programs and features, as it eats up all use of Ctrl+M on your PC ... it's a Bing Bug worldwide
