Another thread filled with idiotic ideas coming from one person who does not know much about steam engines, while the rest of us are concerned with the 261,he either stays on the topic or risk the same thing that happened before!:o

I'LL USE DIS AND RAISE YOU TWENTY BACON

It is "It's," not "It,s"

Jerry Jacobson, the new Strasburg.

Also, it is amusing to read your last post aloud, as you have to scream "Should Jerry Jacobson" then speak "own and operate" then finally yell "MILW 261."

you see jerry jacobson has a stable of steam locmotives and if he add the the 261 to his roster of locmotives. jacobosn would put the 261 back in steam.

I am sure Mr. Jacobson has plenty of money to purchase the 261 esp. at the price they are asking. I would say, however, that seeing how he hasn't purchased the engine that this discussion is moot.

What is a colleter, and how can you be graet at it?

Also, I think you will find with people, they will do whatever they want. If he wants the steamer, he will buy it. If not, he won't. Simple as that.

The only reference i have for colleter is .. Patrick Colleter. He played for Southampton FC in England. 1998-2000.

Seriously though this kid is putting me off reading the ProtoType threads again. His medical condition is known as Strasburg1361JacobsonCash Syndrome. No known cure. It's Terminal.:hehe:

It just struck me as to why dpfan1 believes all these crazy things. It's because he is able to do this stuff all the time. In Railroad Simulator, that is. Yes, he thinks that he is the master of cab rides and running trains because "tehy let me run staem locmotives liek inyo nd cnr 3254 and STRASBURG 90 nd i get to run tehm all teh time on teh lycoming vally". It seems that he's spent so much time running steam on his Railroad Simulator route that he can no longer distinguish virtual from reality.

This is also why he believes any steam engine can travel from anywhere to Pennsylvania: because he does it all the time. "of cuorse 4449 can run to pa for excrsions i run it all teh tiem on spiceals on teh lycoming valley". After all, no money and logistics involved whatsoever. :o

It also explains why he thinks engines like DRGW 346 and Grand Canyon 4960 are lame: they aren't yet made for Railroad Simulator. (This doesn't explain MILW 261 or PRR 1361 though, as they aren't either.)

I'll back away now and wait for him to say something else crazy like "rgs 20 nd STRASBURG 90 shood tripehaed wit prr 1361 to altoona"

BTW, I just realized something. I don't think that he knew what I was talking about when I was talking about the Reading Camelback that Strasburg owned. (It might have been in a different thread. They are all starting to blend together.)

He probably thought that I was talking about this. (Shop tank switcher.)
