I got Trainz 2010 I have most of the rolling stock for MN, but where can I download routes? New Haven Line, Hudson Line and Harlem Line, Port Jervis.

Wait a few days before bumping a thread...odds are the people who know are away for a few days.

Don't know why the Harlem Line crashes your game, mine is fine. It's ALWAYS a good idea to do a few (2-3) Extended Database Repairs in Content Manager upon initial installation, and every few months as you download new content.

Just got a tad impatient since I've been searching this from and Google and haven't had much luck finding Metro-North routes.

When the route loads up another window opens up with a video when I close that window it crashes. Also when I exit the route it crashes. It didn't crash during the route though.

Just was trying to find NJ Transit, LIRR and Metro-North routes.

I actually don't know what Metro-North or LIRR routes do or don't exist, but there are quite a few NJT routes which exist in theory. Gandalf0444 did some of the Princeton Dinky and some others (still haven't gotten them to work in TS2010) and there's some stuff at http://www.trainzproroutes.org/ConrailNJT.html Haven't gotten this to work either but I haven't tried very hard.

MN ROUTES

hi-i just wanted to let u know .that i do know the m.n. new haven line has not been made yet!i also know that 2 people from trainz commuter rail were thinking of starting the new haven line soon.i think but not positive, that someone from tcr was doing either the beacon falls line or the danbury 1 ,like i say,not sure on this.it may be a long while before they even start the new haven line .as for any of the other routes i have heard nothing yet.i,myself am building amtraks springfield main line from new haven to springfield.if ur not already with tcr-take a stroll over to there site.they do have a lot of stuff going on over there.:D
u will need to register first though!its free!!!!

Nice to know! Even though TS2010 has been almost a year come fall it seems like a lot of stuff doesn't work with it then.

Is there any routes for the Hudson Line or Port Jervis Line?

Anyone? I noticed the harlem line built in route crashes 2010.

This sounds like there is something wrong with your 2010 install, as I've just run the harlem line from Bronxville as far as Chappaqua, all worked well, although I don't think it's a route that really showcases trainz anymore - maybe it did when TC1 was new though (it is just a demo of TC1 in essence).

Regarding "Port Jervis" don't waste your time, it's just baseboards with DEM applied, there is no track, no scenary and no stations. (Although the landscape looks good, I was able to recognise a few places - I lived just outside PJ for a few years)

Zorronov is making the Hudson Line, but only the northern part of it. He's doing the CSX River Line that runs parallel on the other side of the island.

Flyboy711 had a beta of his MNRR Hudson Line from Croton Harmon to University Heights and the Amtrak portion that branches off MNRR to Penn Station. I'll check to see if the download links are still active.

Someone on TCR is doing the SLE - Shoreline East with significant progress. It's REALLY high poly though. There's a BETA version out there just ask the right people.

There is a lot out there then. Is there any good center location where I can download more routes or just google around on different web sites?

SHORE LINE EAST

just to let u know, the SLE route is put on hold!gandalf from TCR was working on that route.he is waiting for the correct catanary poles and wires to be made so he can do the route prototypically.: )

Preferably me:o:hehe: I may pick up on it again soon if I ever get the urge to work in trainz again... I have had several meltdowns in the past few weeks so I have not been really up to fighting an up hill battle with a program and losing for that matter. I am so close yet so far from finishing the VRR so I could move back to SLE(granted the correct stuff was made by then) Both VRR and SLE routes and very high poly..SLE more so since it is along a dense population. While the VRR is not so densely populated but more trees then anything.

If you become friendly I may pass on the beta or publicly release it since it is going no where soon...however I do not want people adding to it and trying to release it...or download it even though it clearly says incomplete and wonder why half the scenery is missing or blank baseboards(Yes I have had several of those >.<)....

It doesn't crash during the game. When the route loads up there is a video which loads up too with it. When I close the video window it crashes. If I exit the route or trainz it crashes. I just have to move the video window out of the way because I cannot close it.

Just to let everyone know, i am building the new haven line solo in about 2 weeks when i start my first rail fan. I am hoping to catch shots at the front window while i am traveling through the park avenue tunnels to get the correct locations of junctions and signalsThis will be put together with the original harlem line. So there should be over 200 baseboards. With me having to go to high school and studying for the regents and do other things, id say this project will take me just about 8 months-2 years to complete. I just have to get the correct content such as the catenary and buildings and roads.I already have mikey oreos m8 and the new haven shoreliners and the new haven fl9 and the new haven genesis and the acela. I hope it becomes succesful.:)

Does Anyone Know If The Metro North Railroad Railcars & Locos Are Default In Trainz 2010 Engineers Edition???

If Not
Can You give Me A Link Where I Can download Them

THNKS

Some years ago, I downloaded a route from Garrison all the way down to lower Manhattan. Do you know if anything like that is still around? Thanks.
