Hello, I'm from East Yorkshire and playing a game series with areas that I recognize has probably made this the greatest game I have ever played.
I've been playing Trainz 2009 for the last year, and recently bought Trainz 2010. I've imported the Yorkshire route, but I know there's also Hull on one of the built-in routes which is higher quality and more true to real life. I'm talking about the ECML Kings X to York route, which is huge!
Now I don't want a route that goes all the way to London as it really does lag for me, but I would like to copy certain sections such as York station, Hull Station, the Doncaster lines linking to Selby and Goole.
Does anyone know how I can just merge the routes with only certain sections? I'm thinking of the copy and paste theory but I've not tested it in case there are better methods.
Two un-related questions also.
Where can I download 3D animated people, and Uk automatic level crossings? I've Googled everywhere for them, I see them in videos but never a clue to where to find them.
