Major Mistake - Deleted Route

I was working on the latest Clinchfield route moving some grass, changing some trees and leveling some "spikey hills" as well as creating a session with some changes to assets. I had built up many sessions while in route mode trying things. I now decided to delete all those route level sessions. I selected everything under my KUID and deleted. Stupidly that also selected the route and it is now deleted. Autosave was also turned off to avoid pauses for saving.:'(

I assume I am doomed to loosing all of the work or is there some final way to recover a deleted route?

Userdata/backup/ Unless you have disabled them, everything you edit and or delete will be in one of the backup folders, may have to open to find the correct version, then just import it using CM.

THANKS - it took less than a minute to run the backup IMPORT CONTENT. A quick survey shows the latest changes intact.
