Why will you not give it to the DLS Auran?

Few of creators don't accept Auran rules about publishing contents on DLS. That's why I don't have permission to upload them on DLS.
My naked files (route, sessions) I will send to DLS.
Most important to me is have all contents and map in one pack. Then I have certainty, that everyone have every content together on one time! The same with sessions and contents needed to run sessions.

To advertise my map a wide range of users, I sent links to the files to administrators of several sites in the international arena:

• Poland - PTT
  Germany - TrainzDepot
  USA - JointedRail
  Poland - LKK Team
  Russia - TSM Team

As I wrote, there is no problem with hosting your route on TrainzDepot,
unless there is a permission of the authors.
I don't know how it's usually in poland (or other parts of eastern europe), but in germany the law is quite strict, so I can get in trouble hosting stuff without a permission.

maybe it helps to have a look into content's config.txt, sometimes there is really a license written

I know its only a game and as long the content is distributet for free and unmodified, I personally would see no problem,
but I have to respect our local law

Most of creators are not availible. We have 2500 contents to corectly work this route. I collect them for 8 last years from free trainz sites. Is not physically possible to check every config files.

I mentioned there, all authors. So I think I do everything right without braking any rights.
If it bother You and it is not enough, so be it. No problem. I will publish it on other sites, and on 4shared.

Be careful what are you doing. Basti is right. Poland is in EU as Germany is, for both the same law is valid. It's possible that you will have problems with N3V, EU and Poland. If you think something, it's not enough. If you would published the route on N3V side then you would have not problems, because EULA protects all this seperate authors. And something much more important, if you upload the route on N3V, all eventual errors of assets will be shown.

Reflect before act.

Hello Zieba,

may I ask you a complete list of the assets you have used on your map? I mean a list, RIGHT AWAY, with asset ID-s, usernames, asset names and the third party URL-s (if possible) before releasing the map. It would be a great help for us to collect the assets and manage them well in advance. I would be grateful for that (and I'm not alone, I'm sure)

What the hell guys, what's the problem if he publishes the dependencies too ?! They are free, the route is free, and, let's be honest, you all want them in one pack, and not search for months for kuids..

And by the way, there is no LAW.. as long as none of the objects are registered trademarks or inventions at local authorities.

In France, there is no problem about upload dependencies in file hoster... You just have to mention them and thanks them for their stuff. And Russian's map are always published with links for dependencies (as I know).
But no payware assets !!!!!

In France, it is also a problem.
At least in the EU, Copyright means that the only person that decides about publishing is the author and persons that got granted that right from the author.

Copyright is copyright, if payware or freeware, the price does not count in this case.

Sure I want that but I dont take the blame if the autors don't gave the permission.

I didn't say that you don't have the copyright of something you create, I am saying that, i.e., to take your picture example, if you post a pic made by you on a website and state that nobody should post it somewhere else, you cannot do anything legally against somebody who posts it, because 1.the one who does, does not make any money out of it and 2.again, to have the law on your side, IT ( the law ) must know about your creation, thus your creation must be registered somewhere. And believe me, unless you don't register your work, it's not going to register itself a.k.a. nobody from the legal dept. is going to search the internet and randomly register original creations.

This is how it works on the internet, if it's moral or not, it's not my concern, I just stated the facts from a legal point of view.

When I load a one of the LWB session, I've got 7 errors and there isn't any train on the map... Don't know why. I re-install the session and I inform you if I've got this thing again.

Into the driver pack, is needed the driver meshes, I think that it's the error.
