I have a layout I've been working on for some time that includes a passenger terminal at one end in a big city (all fictional). I have a freight line that wraps around the other side of the city. I want to fill the space in between with buildings so it looks like a large city should. I've been placing individual buildings, but it gets tedious. I know there are "blocks" of buildings, but they tend to be smaller (shorter) than I'm looking for. I would also like at least some night mode function if possible. I am aware of the "low city" asset that is a bunch of buildings, but that's not really what I want either, though that's the idea - a buch of buildings that can allow me to lay a large neighborhood at a time where detail isn't critical being far enough from the tracks.
So what I am asking is for recommendations for tall city buildings, preferably in blocks or groups, and something that is low enough poly that it won't degrade performance even if I have a bunch of them. I have done some searches and while I find plenty of individual buildings, I don't see groups. I can't believe I'm the only person who could use this kind of time-saver!
Thanks for any suggestions and help!
