Lost password/Username

Hi all,
today , i had noticed i hadnt got a 20% voucher in my email .
so when i checked my profile...my email was wrong so i changed my email and thought i kept my password/username the same.
but i can not get in now.:'(
i regesterd trainz 2009 and 2010 and bought a 1 year ticket aswell.
i contacted the helpdesk today.

is there any other way to get it back or what ive already done all i can do?

I'll try it ..but i think it will go to a email address that doesnt exist.

There's an option to close it - look for the dropdown with 'Open' in it, then click 'Close' then click the button to update the ticket.
