lost content manager

Hi can anybody help me with a problem I have with content manager. I was downloading when it just stopped working and windows said program not responding please close program. I did so and tried open trainz again but content manager would not open. Can anybody help with this problem. Thank you.

Often when Windows says not responding you just need to wait 5 or even 10 minutes for it to finish whatever background task is causing the problem, probably the database validation.
