Loss of graphics

This morning I was operating a 650km layout that I started building in 2009. We had a power failure and computer shut down. On restarting computer and trainz+ Platinum and reloading the session I was useing I seem to have lost all graphics except track & roads. Loss includes signals, waypoints, direction of travel etc.
I loaded a recent layout started in trainz22 and all ok.
Any idea on what the heck has gone wrong?

@ww480 >>> May have borked the database, since the computer shut down without Trainz being able to close-out properly.
Run a Database Repair 1st, see if that brings back your missing stuff. May have to run an Extended Database Repair after, if it doesn't work.

Shall give it a try. Many thanks

An investment you might want to look into is a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) There are many different ones out there that can easily handle a computer and it's peripherals. I have a 1500W UPS and it can keep both my desktops running for around 85 minutes--plenty long enough to shut down properly even after the main power fails. My server in the basement has a equally-large UPS. Remote access allows me to shut it down from upstairs.
