I have full faith in Zec (the person behind the helpdesk), so if it did not work for you yet, I guess you either did not check his reaction to your ticket yet or you will need to have more patience as the helpdesk is pretty busy.
Or you do not have a legal (first hand) version of the game; that also is (still) an option.
