Looking for North American Procedural Track...

Hoping someone can recommend an option or two... I'm looking through the download station, but there are a LOT of options... what I want is:

A procedural track which is: North American-style jointed rail, wooden ties, spiked, not screwed or clamped, and preferably with a couple of options for sidings, mainline, etc (clean, dirty, grassy...). The HU series (example: <KUID:241009:101118> ) are perfect except for not being spiked.

Back after a week-long vacation in Orlando which involved a flat tire on the return trip. The standard for procedural track in TRS19 (for me) is trainboi1's track, which can be found by looking up his name.
