Looking for junction materials

Dear Trainz-fans,

In the picture below, you can see two switch-motors, with two concrete or steel pipes in between. I'm looking for those two pipes, witch connect the switch motors with each other, as these are used for longer switches.

Does anybody know where I can find these? I would appreciate it!
