LOOKING FOR items that will pass as a cog rail & suitable carriages for a cog railway

I'm looking for items that will pass as a cog rail & suitable carriages for a cog wheel railway, similar to these Skitube trains, most likely something similar to the U-bahn carriages of whatever city in Germany/Europe, but looking for ones that are powered by overhead wires, as in the link.

G'day, you may have some luck with ing4trains try the plateway stuff first.

I don't know how the plateways are meant to look like a cog railway line.

I've looked for something like a third rail rail using the term third rail, but can't seem to find any.

And that cog railway that did come up, is the wrong gauge.

Edit: Have I found something suitable?: Edit-2: Yep, I think something, not exact, but possibly passable, using a 3rd rail search. Edit-3: I'll test some standard gauge cable car tracks as well.
