Looking for a route with good high-altitude Colorado scenery

I'm starting work on a route with the same type of scenery as the old Rollins Pass summer, but that route came out nearly 20 years ago, and I'm looking for a route with the same scenery but with textures/vegetation/trees/etc. that are newer and closer to current standards, to use as a base for what assets to use. (As in not 64x64 px groundtextures.) For trees I'd like to use JVC's ones if I could get them. It's Colorado on the eastern side of the devide above 9000 feet, up too 11,600+, and generally looks like this:

Durango to Silverton is the first one that comes to mind. Great scenery.
