Looking for a certain locomotive lost to memory

Hi all. This may sound kind of stupid, but I am trying to find a certain boxcab electric that was green and yellow. The problem is I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called. I've tried searching the DLS with many different search terms but it has not yet come up. Any of you have an idea?

I've found it before, but only by searching the KUID. I think i found it from Philskene's release thread for his DowntownTractionCo.1a layout. That might be the place to start.

Actually, hold on a minute, i'm gonna go find it if it kills me!

I also downloaded this locomotive. CM2 is telling me that the kuid 84227:19112 is missing and unknown. This is the bogey kuid for the loco. Do either of you gentlemen know where it could be found or if there is a suitable substitute kuid?
