Login/mail issues

I believe my issue started the same way. I changed my email address and everything worked fine for a while. Probably a day or two later.....nothing.

Now are 3 days gone since the last reply on my Ticket (MRB-622010).
I am very angry cause of this s***...

I am buying this game for lot of money and no one solves my problem... :confused:

I want to buy a FCT for a long time... Auran has very bad marketing... want to give my money but cant... very anoying...
A free FCT would be a nice draw by Auran for this troubles...

I can understand the frustration about the time and money invested in payware, computer upgrades etc to pursue the pleasure of this sim. I am sure that there are many more who are experiencing this problem that we are unaware of.
I know in future once my account is sorted not to change anything.

Just makes me wonder how long would it take to fix if it was one of the moderators or more senior members of this group who had this problem.
 
Hi Folks,

I too have not been able to log on to planet auran or the dls but as you can see, I am able to access the forum. For me, the problem started several months ago when I had to change email addresses due to spam issues I was have with my shaw email account. After updating the email address on planet auran, I was able to access everything fine for the one day but the next day an onward, I have not been able to access anything but the forums.

My very old, outstanding ticket number is Ticket ID: GDT-526939 which had to be submitted from a different account than this one since I can not access planet auran.

Hopefully you are able to resolve this for all of us soon!

I do apologize for the inconvenience. Not sure what the issue was but my reply on the 30th had the requested details in it.

Either PM me your email address and I will attempt to email the details, or you can reply to that ticket with the email address you want it sent to.
