LOD track

Greetings;

The other day I loaded a built-in TS2010 route and drove a session. I noticed the LOD track meshes switching a short distance ahead of the train I was running. Is that normal?

Moreover, do those who built the routes ever check for errors? On some routes, I find trees in the middle of the track, tracks so close that two passing trains rub against one another and in one case, the ground levels are uneven, the train bouncing up and down. In other cases, the track level is below ground level.

I realize that routes can become very complex, some taking years to complete. Nevertheless, the illusion is destroyed when a bridge abuttment or support is so close that the passing train goes through it.

Just an observation . . .
