Locomotive shutdown

Hello all;

The other day I tried building a simple scenario, which included the locomotive shutdown driver command (The Key symbol). All of the commands worked, except the key. Must this key be associated with an interactive industry? My goal is to design a branch line which uses the locomotve only when there are cars left on the designated siding.

I want to shutdown the locomotive and get off train--the driver walking home to his nearby place.

Any help with this will be appreciated.

This command only works on the L SD70 locos as far as I know.
