I tryied to install TRS2009 and my computer locks up. have to shout the PC off(unplug)replug to get PC to work again.when i try to uninstall TRS2009 the PC locks up. How do i get 2009 out of my PC?(once & for all)

Click on All Programs, then TS2009, then Uninstall TS2009. If that doesn't work try; Start - Control Panel - Add and Remove Programs - TS2009 (Remove).
If neither of them work you will have to manually delete the TS2009 directory.
Assuming you installed it to the default directory go to; C:\Program Files\TS2009. (Delete the entire directory).you may have to go into the sub directories in TS2009 and delete them first.
After you have manually deleted the directory, run a Registry cleaning program if you have one installed. If you haven't got one installed, try this program; CCleaner - http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Once installed click on the top two left hand icons; Cleaner & Registry. Run both of those... Cleaner will clean off a lot of the crap that lingering on your system & Registry will give your registry a reasonable clean out.
