Loading/unloading double stack well cars

I`ve checked the forums and can`t find an answer to my exact problem. I`ve custom built a port with a container depot using 2 of the container depots that are in TRS2006. I put a multiple industry new track section in between the two depots to load/unload bnsf50`s double stack well cars since the depots will only load one layer. My problem is setting up the min to do this. I have the cars loaded and the min won`t unload some of the containers. My cars are loaded as follows: A 2x40, B 2x48,C 1x48,1x53, D2x20,1x40,E 2x20, 1x48. As of right now it won`t unload the 20' containers or the 48' one from the bottom of car C. Each size of container is set to its own queue and set to load/unload. I had it at one point where it would unload everything but the 48' on C and a tanktainer that I had but when I went to load it it put all tanktainers on the bottom. I`d like it to load the cars the same as they were before it emptied. Can this work or will I have to just use 40' and 48' containers to simplify things? Any help would be greatly appretiated.

To get the cars loaded the same you would need to alter the config files for each car to load just those items top and bottom. At the moment the industry is loading the cars with the first item in the config file top+bottom (queue 1) if it has them. If you use the instant load command you will see what I mean.
You may find it easier to let the industry do its thing and load whatever it has on the cars in whatever order.

Hey, thanks. I thought of just letting it do whatever, thats actually why I removed the tanktainer. So far my problem is that it won`t unload. I`m gonna play around with it more today and hopefully find out something. It makes no sense to me why it will unload 2 48' containers from one car but not the 48' one on the bottom of another with a 53' on top when theres queues set for all the containers I`m using.
