i just loaded 2010 engineers edition. there is no track, engines, or buildings. im confused! am i doing something wrong? i thought there were preloaded routes too. any help?

Hello kakingmm and welcome to the trainz forum...

As ct krogen has said, this sounds like a bad install, my advice is uninstall Trainz, and then reinstall Trainz and see if that works, also let us know when Trainz was installing, did it mention any errors or problems with the install, and did you receive all green ticks in the Trainz Diag box.?.

You can check the Trainz Diag box at anytime by going to the Auran Folder in Drive C: program files, click on the Trainz Diag and see if you get a line of green ticks, if you don't, there may be a hardware problem with your system, let us know where any red X's show up, and we may be able to help you further.

Usually after Trainz 2010 has installed onto your system, it should go through a full extended database repair, if this has been stopped at any time, then this can cause a problem with missing items in trainz.

Hope the above helps

i already tried to install/reinstall with no success. i tried the auran program file and didnt see a diag file. there was only the launch, uninstall, and ts2010 on the web. im not sure where exactly to look for this file. all the places i looked didnt have the diag file or is in in the game play when launched?

there also were no error messages when loading and no interruptions when loading as well. thanks for trying to help. im open to other suggestions if you think of any.

Open Windows Explorer, find out where you installed it, usually C:\Program Files. Subfolders should be something like;

\Auran\TS2010\bin\

Inside that \Bin folder is a file named TrainzDiag.exe, double click on it, or if you're using Vista or Windows 7 right click and select "run as administrator".

thank you. i found the bin folder and the diag file. everything says passed except for agp memory. says 0mb free and has a warning sigh. dont know what that means

go to your sestem folder D click on it see what memory you go to there web site and download the lastes drivers for that memory card.

according to computer, i have76.6 gb freespace. game only requires 15gb. still not sure that would be the problem, but i could be wrong as usual. just doesnt make sense and the help people from auran are no help either. they never contact back.
