The majority of the JR team will be traveling or unavailable over the Thanksgiving holiday. We will try to respond to support tickets as quickly as possible during this time period but please allow us a day or two to get back to you at the least. We will reply in the order received when we have the ability to do so. Please send only one request, we will get to that and we do receive them all...
