liliting rolling stock question

Purely for personal entertainment I have cloned the UMR 2104 short route and session so that I can "play" with a bigger route on occasion vs the small one I usually tinker with.

Recently though I found that I am limited in the selection of rolling stock and locomotives available to me.

T:ane newest release.

In content manager, there is nothing wrong with the loco's I want to use (payware from JR mostly) and I can use them in other routes but in this one, they don't appear.

Any place I can look to see why?

It is not possible to edit the heading, that is locked. Only the body of the text can be edited which he has done already.

Sorrry, I thought it could be done. Perhaps one of the ever vigilant moderators can do it?

He can notify a moderator who can fix the title.

We used to be able to fix the titles, but that was before anyone posted to the topic, or within 10 minutes. I can't remember which, but that was a long time ago probably in the old forum.

Forgive my inabilities to always type every letter correctly, but besides the fact that I sometimes cant type, has anyone seen this before?

Is there a rule or a line in the config.txt I can search for?

I opened 4 sessions on 2 different routes. All were as I'd expect except this one.

Most likely it has some sort of "bug" or something. Corrupt.

That's still possible from what I've seen although it doesn't work after someone's replied.
