Licence question: T12 on old computer and reinstall on new

I am about to upgrade computers. Will there be any issue if I have Trainz 12 on my old PC (which is getting thrown out) and then installing it on my new PC?

Does Trainz check online to see if my licence key has already been used on another computer?

I have two installations (PC and Laptop) without issue. I however do not attempt to be logged in to the system with both at one time which could create an issue and be a violation of licensing. If you are truly concerned, it would be best to have this be a support question directly to N3V.

I have the same set up as mcguirel as I have TS12 on my desktop and laptop. There is a strange problem that the help desk hasn't figured out yet. I have a FCT and it works fine on the desktop but the laptop is limited to 100mb downloads but downloads at FCT speed. This problem has them scratching there heads.

There is no link between registration key and the computer it is installed on and if the old pc is being scrapped then there isn't any issue over running multiple copies.
