I have noticed in TS2009 surveyor mode that I'm allway gettin lego terrain when I use displacements map to make terrain. Both in 5 meters mode and in 10 meters mode it looks like the hills and walleys in the terrain is a copy&paste from a lego commersial terrains and has not that soft terrain it used to be when I used the 2004 or 2006 edition of trainz...
Why is that?
I think I'll tried every posible setup, from low, high, 1 tile to 12X12 tiles and every map in there, but it allways comes up with the sad and squery lego terrain with no round corners or tops whatsoever... What am I doing wrong?
I have even tried it with maps created in zurveyor, but no luck there either, not when using 1 baseboard or 5X5 baseboard or 12X12 baseboards.... (Just to be sure...)
I like to do the terrain manually, but sometimes it's a challenge to build tracks in different terrain and do it the other way, let the terrain deside the curves and grades (to a point), but not with TS2009... At least not so far.
Anyone who had the same expirience and can help me with this issue?
