So for once I have some good news to report. The most recent patch that was pushed out has fixed the environment loading screen, and it also fixed the issue I had when trying to open TurfFX (it would lock up the game when trying to load it), and now finally I was able to change my water coloring from (looks a ton better).
I am actually surprised that these issues have now gone away, and I can also report I am personally not experiencing any other issues.
