Language problem

How do I change the language on the brake pressure/throttle window (small window on the top right corner). I have downloaded several older Russian Locomotives and I am affraid one of them changed that menu and it is in Russian. Surely there is a kuid I can download to change that. Thanks in advance.

Only the asset is in Russian and nothing else. There is no way to change the language on the asset without editing the text in the asset.

I've run into a similar issue with some trams the other day. They're really well made models, but I can't get them running because I need to flip various switches to start up the motors, but the labels are in Russian and nowhere to be found. If I can find the text, my plan is to do a Google translate of it and write out the labels in English at least in a text file so I can refer to it as needed.
