Ladies and Gentlemen! Good evening...

"are these real pictures I'm looking at,I'm just joking, nice work you have here!;)"

"Ryan, generally all the shots reflect patience and attention to detail that would probably KILL me if I had to endure it. Well done. The composition of the shots overall is impressive. I particularly like some of the areas you've grassed and flowered.

Having said that I did notice some yellow and gray grid peeking through the texture (or lack of) in some shots. Some obviously have not been ground textured yet, but a few areas were faint enough to lead you to believe you may have missed them. I trust before your release you will closely examine the map for any trace of those pesky yellow lines.

There's your criticism from someone that could no doubt produce a worse route than you are in the process of making!"

"Excellent work, very impressed, looking forward to seeing more as you progress"

Hello everyone!

UP5521,
Thank you for your kind words. I try my best to create as realistic of a route as possible, bringing all aspects of real life into the game.

Euphod,
Thank you for your kind words, they do mean alot. Yes, you're correct in say that you have seen "grided" area's. Be assured, those area's are no longer grided (Currently have about 2 or 3 differnet textures on them) My one big fault is texturing. I am not good at it, to any degree, and usually save that for last when modeling an area. Therefore, when I take my shots, some, if not many seem to have "grids" still there, but I do, always go back and check to make sure they're all taken care of. There will be no visible grids in the release :) Unless of course you have missing dependincies:hehe:

Paganwolf,
Thank you! Please check back later tonight around 8PM EST for more shots!

More shots to come tonight!

Take care,

Ryan:wave:

Agreed. I think i would have killed this route, long before it got to the stage that Ryan has gotten it to. Good to see that work still continues, and i look forward to seeing more shots.

Matt.

Well, well, well. This fellow Buffalonian has some skills! I'm loving it, man! At first I thought it was downtown in Trainz. I was like "OMG NO WAI!" but then i realize that this is even better then that! I'm loving the detail thrown into it!

"Excellent! Where you get the NY Chrysler Building from?"

Mattm,
I think a big reason why I haven't stopped working on the route is because I'm incorrporating things I see not only in real life, but also in pictures others take. Taking those shots, creating my own idea's, and then implimenting them in Trainz! It offers for many unique scene's aswell as fun for myself to add my own little twist to things I think are cool!

Subway7695,
Thank you for your kind words! I'm not sure which asset it is, but here are the 2 I believe it is "Wiezowce - 90 West Street - New York City" or "Wiezowce - 8th Avenue New York City". Both assets are by Kilanziom so if searching those titles does not work you can always search his user name. He creates wonderfull structures that bring any scene city or town scene to life! I use them extensivley throughout the route!

Downaldengine9,
Good to see a fellow Buffalonian around these parts! Yes, as another Buffalo member said "It seemed like downtown, with the HSBC arena...then I realized it is how downtown should look like!" A semi-true statement in it's own regard. I am actually going to create the "Real" Buffalo at the other end of the route. Complete with Hamburg's CP5, CP Draw, all the way to the Depew Amtrak Station. I'll probably go a little farther past that. I may only do half of Fronteir yard (I have a track book, man is that thing big!) but we will see. That is still very far off.

Take care,

Ryan:wave:
