Lacking Permissions

Hello, I was trying to Contract the Helpdesk and Now I type "Lacking Permissions" but it doesn't pop up. I only got these things that are Not Helpful to free me to Post Freeware Announcements Thread and Reply to Workshop Creations.

Please how to I get to help Lacking Permissions to go away?

Open a helpdesk ticket, they should be able to resove the issue. Skip the 'helpfull suggestions' part and post the ticket

I tried it just now. I had to login twice on the first couple of steps, then went to Troubleshooter/Ticket Submission, then I chose "General/Other", then selected "Other". At that point, it gave me the choice "Submit a Support Ticket". After selecting that and clicking Next, I got to a ticket form. Best of luck, they don't make it easy. Make sure you are logged in all the way.
