The first three are flares by threeheadedmonkey, best bet would be VMD

The fourth is an enginespec by Wulf-9 - best bet TPR Downloads

'Best bet' assumes they are not on the DLS....

This kuid keeps coming up as a missing dependency in some locomotives: <kuid:38408:51001>

Anyone know what it is and where it may be found? Could there be an alternative?

It's an enginespec by threeheadedmonkey CS GP38 2 LH Eng. I think it originally came from VMD for a couple of his BN GP38-2s, but I don't see them on their site, so I may be mistaken. You could substitute another enginespec.
