Look in the locos config.txt file and find the enginespec kuid. Find it in CM2 and open it for edit in explorer and in the motor section, increase the max-accel value to 30000. Save and commit.

still problems no motor section?wont move-steam

hi thanks for the info found engine in cm2 open for edit -config txt or what ever its called and it has engine spec on left kiud # on right do i errase it and put 30000?there is no motor section and no acceloration section except under smoke 123 etc. can you simplify im not a programer or pc expert-thanks

Open CM2 and find the loco.
Right click on the loco and select View Config File
Move the slider up and down to find the tag enginespec and write down the kuid number.
Close that window.
Right click the loco again and select View Dependencies.
Go to the bottom left of this window and click on View in main list.
Right click on the enginespec, slide the mouse pointer to Edit then move it to the right and down to Edit in Explorer.
Double click the config.txt file. Move down to the section called:
motor
{
Change the max-accel value to 30000.
Save and commit
