Keyboard use re Viewing Position

I spend most of my time riding pre-scheduled trains and so use the Keyboard Arrow keys and Page Up /Page Down keys to change my riding position. However, I am finding the default speed of the position change is rather fast. Does anybody know how to slow down Trainz response to these keys. If it is relevant, I am using TS12.
