Are there any routes in particular that you'd recommend running them on? (I prefer detail over operations personally).

I've been making my own route but as it is riddled with payware items and now defunct 3rd party websites, it will not be for release.

:wave:.It's a busy summer morning here in Appen. As a Class 25 departs with a short rake of Mk1s, a Class 08 shunter trundles back and forth to handle the dwindling goods traffic..
As the shunter continues its duties, a DMU working a stopping service arrives on the main line.
A single Class 105 DMU arrives from the branch; meanwhile, one of the new Deltics departs for London with a rake of Mk2s. Shortly after, the shunter heads for the industrial estate with a very short consist - unfortunately common these days.

Glad you enjoyed them, Forester1. Yeah, I was rather disappointed that the sessions didn't work but I like making my own anyway, so I wasn't too upset. I set up six passenger trains (four on the main line, two on the branch) to run automatically under AI control, leaving me free to handle the freight service. It's a fun little layout!

I have a couple of those routes but thanks for the suggestions for the others I didn't have.
The ADLR6 L&B UK Narrow Gauge V1" <kuid:325396:101949> by "lew 188" is a very nicely done route after making a few tweaks.
And, while I did have Clam1952's Ffestiniog route, I didn't know about (or had forgotten) his Penybryn route, which I have now downloaded and will have a good look at as well.
I can only imaging what Clam1952 will do with a L&B route to current standards too.

Despite being, IMHO, real ugly ducklings, these brutes looks phenomenal. Amazing texture work.
Along side with the NSW 42 Class (in development), I consider these models, to be some of the best locomotive models I've ever seen, Period !.
I can't wait to meet them in person

I really appreciate the kind words! The first of the 3 packs of the DL class locomotives is currently awaiting review on TCCP and will be out soon followed by the other 2 packs
