Now this is crazy I have 3 computers trs2006 installed on all 3 and also have trs2009 installed and now none of the junctions with connect properly just doing a test routes on all 3, did Auran do something because I have 3 trs2006 installed on 3 different computers. My newest computer is 3 days old it was a barebones I put it together just for this game. so the new computer is fresh install with the service pack. it don't make sence that none of the test routes will connect juntions, i get the same message no path found.

Hi BThompson,

When you say the track doesn't connect properly, what exactly do you mean by that? If you were a little more detailed, I could probably help you.

Well normally when I'm building a route and put in a siding the track connects like it should, but what is confusing me this has happened over the last fews days so tonite I tried my other computer to just test a quick junction and when I send a train to the track mark there is no path to destination, I have been working on a route and everything has been doing good when I test it, but now when add to the route I been working with the junctions do not line up I'm confused. I really don't know how to explain it. Suppose you have a straight track click in the middle of the track and lay down a siding it just doesn't blend in so there is a break in the track for some reason all my trainz games is doing this.

Hi BThompson,

Do your junctions have levers attached? Possibly you had automatic lever placement activated before and not activated now. Other than that a screen shot would help.

I don't think a screen shot will help, all 3 computers with trs2006 and trs2009 do the same thing, it just started a few days ago. I have several routes before and had no trouble laying junctions. so I think Auran has done something to it.

Ok. Is the spline point at the junction white or yellow? I don't think Auran have done anything to it 'cause I can make junctions without any trouble.

Cheers,

just to be clear here are you using the Plus sign ( ADD New track) to connect the siding ?
when u drag and existing track to another even if it snaps in like normal TS will not auto place a switch levers and it will not function and cause the the no path message. check all your track for levers also

I have been creating a layout/route in TS2009 SP2 and I can't count on "levers" being automanically placed. When making a junction, some times the track will not connect unless you first place a spline point.

The circle is white, and I have been just doing a test on a new route and clicking the plus to add new track. but what is so confusing is why all 3 computers are doing this now not just 1.

Are they networked? If so you could be loading the program from one computer all the time. Your spline circles should be Yellow which donates you have set the spline height. When they are white you could have one rail underneath the other thereby causing the no path message. This no path message can also be thrownup if your lever is in the wrong place in relation to the centre of the spline point. These and a few others are reasons I asked for a screenshot

Here is a screenshot showing where the lever should be positioned for the junctions and signals to work as intended.
