If they are reskins of JR freeware, just ask the original creators nicely and I'm sure you'll be able to put it up. If they're really good they might even host it on their site.
When sending anything, pictures or a description of what your doing would be helpful as well. There are certain things we don't allow public reskins to be done on, even if they are freeware items. Others it is fine but its a case by case basis.
