Jointed Rail AWW SD9 Missing Dependency

Before you say "go search on Google", I did. I found nothing.

The dependency is Flexicoil Eblack dirt
kuid:506034:574542

I checked some of the dependencies on the Jointed Rail website. I also found nothing. It isn't on the DLS either.
If anyone has downloadcan help, it would be appreciated.

I did a search for kuid on Jointed Rail and came up with the AWW SD9
So it must be included in the Download.
