Hello, since I´ve got Densha de go! Final, I have some doubts about the meaning of some traffic signals and they´re expressions, for example, at the game the driver says more or less a thing like: "Shingooo" by other ways I can hear him saying other things like "Naranteso Shingooo", can someone explain these meanings? I mean, make more or less a FAQ about japanese signal system.

Regards ;)

Shinkou means advance or proceed.
The other shinkou you mentioned should be that the next signal is clear.
The black and white checkerboard sign means the previous speed restriction is no longer in effect.
The signs with sticks mark grades.
The little orange diamonds are where you should be stopping.

Cheers,
Ben
