Melbourne Metro I would say. (I will let someone else name the stations for the glory!).

Hi Vern. Great to see you are still active around the neighbourhood. As a clue, I'm pretty sure you will know each stations on this Branchline.

[For those who don't know Vern, he was one of the first 10 people who registered for the Trainz forums way back in August 2000.]

Any ideas? Anyone? Bueller?

Perhaps we have underestimated the power of the masses...

Here's a clue: "Chances are, if you are reading this post, you have visited at least one of the stations."

Perhaps the next competition could be what do the following mean?

"interface-train-view-details-priority"
"interface-train-view-details-locomotive"
"vehicle_train_headlight"

Kessica certainly would like to know.

Hi Tony,

I'll let the other guys and gals play. I have a lifetime ticket so this would be a waste.

At first I thought it was Boston, but we don't have a circle line which is the difference.

This appears to be Melbourne's subway to me.

Nice out-of-the-square thinking John. I like that.

Some people may be on the right track. I posted a pic of the Melbourne Metro on https://www.facebook.com/TrainzSimulator - it does look similar, but it's not the right answer.

Search Twitter.com for #trainjourney for a clue that will almost give the answer away.

edit: why am i so confused about all this?

That's because we are being a bit cruel. We are teasing everyone and only giving out small clues at this stage - and some clues are on Facebook, some on Twitter, and some are here.

I'm pretty sure someone will figure out the latest clue we posted on twitter (you don't have to have an account to read the tweets, but while you're there, create an account to see additional clues).

Here is the Twitter #trainjourney link.

I personally doubt that this is a representation of a real world metro system. I am currently leaning towards build numbers but I can't reconcile the map to different incarnations of trainz.

That's sorta what I think too, but it must not be different versions, I already tried that. Could be build numbers though.

I'm just going to try this: English language build numbers for Trainz 2010 minus the Steam version.

Build 41491
Build 41615
Build 41622
Build 42203
Build 43434
Build 44088
Build 45467
Build 45607
Build 46170
Build 49933
Build 49938

Has anyone discovered the clue on twitter? 60 cars? What could it mean?

You're going to have to visit twitter to find out the full clue - but I'm sure it will help.

Trying something else now....
