Item Won't Load

in trainz 12 i have put a Bati Sawmill in my session and everything checks out fine. the thing is when i go to load woodchips the sawmill won't load anything. i have checked the kuid and it is right for woodchips and i have the right car for them. also the mill has a lot of chips. the funny thing is when i click to load chips it shows it is loading wood. when i click to load wood it shows it is loading wood. can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? thanks for any help.

I tried the Bati Sawmill in TS2010 and when I installed it in a test route, I checked it with the ? and see it has queues for lumber, logs and woodchips. In operation, however, issuing a driver command to navigate to Bati Sawmill for woodchips pickup results in a command to navigate to Bati Sawmill for lumber Pickup. Bati is a built in asset so I opened it for Edit then commited to see if CM3.3 would pick up any errors but it commited w/o errors.
